At Fundamental Factory, we recognize that athletic skill is built through setting goals, developing a plan, then regularly executing that plan. We believe through diligent training and a watchful eye, we can capitalize on every opportunity to improve.

Coach Tony Kirkland

Credentials and Biography: Tony Kirkland is one of the proud owners of Fundamental Factory. He has a long history of coaching achievements that come from his years of coaching at Colquitt County High School and South Effingham High School. In his years of coaching he has been awarded the Georgia Dugout Club’s Ethics and Professional Coaching Award. He was also the 2018 Georgia Dugout Club Hall of Fame Inductee. Coach Kirkland is excited to find the swing that best works for the player
